ADMISSIONS

Welcome to St. John's Christian Academy and thank you for your interest.

In-house enrollment for returning students will begin February 1, 2023, and end February 28, 2023. All student fees (i.e. tuition, lunch, extended care…) must be current for a student to be enrolled. A returning student is defined as a student currently enrolled and in good academic standing.

Siblings not currently enrolled can do so during the in-house enrollment period. Graduates of Lord Berkeley Academy/St. John’s Christian Academy enrolling their child for the first time may do so starting March 1.

Open enrollment for new students will begin on March 2, 2023. Enrollment for new and current students during Open Enrollment will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.

New students are required to take a placement test prior to acceptance for admission (K5 through 12th Grade).

Applying is easy using our Online Application. All applications are to be set-up through our online application with FACTS.

A non-refundable fee must be submitted with each application:

K3-12th: There is a $25.00 new student application fee per application.

Click on tab: Apply / Enroll then click on Re-enrollment to start the process

Complete re-enrollment process as prompted. Re-Enrollment is complete when payment is posted.

CREATE AN ONLINE APPLICATION

To begin the Online Application process for NEW FAMILIES, Create an Account. Then log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

After submitting the application, you will be able to track online your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. There you will be able to print the completed applications, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms and, if necessary, reprint the supplemental forms.
